Scenario

At exactly 0300H of October 9, 2020, a US military chopper went down near the coastline of Zamboanga City near Fort Pilar. The chopper carries a secret missile code locked in a briefcase which was inbound to a battleship at the Sulu Sea. The co-pilot was able to hide the package inside the fort.

Terrorist group intercepted the last radio communication of the pilot before it went down, giving the actual coordinates & location of the crash site. The group is currently sending its elite team to retrieve the package.

Mission

1. Get into the crash site near the fort and retrieve the package.
2. Your team will have to take out the guards and retrieve the package (objective 1).
3. A speed boat is ready at the extraction point, you have to get in that boat and bring the package to a nearby navy ship (objective 2).
4. Once you start the engine of your speed boat, your mission is accomplished.

Rules and regulations:
15 man team and above (12 to play)
Chrono Limit: 450 FPS (based on Excortech chrono)
Gameplays are point system
Three (3) Hi-Cap Mags Allowed
No Box Mags
One (1) primary & a secondary weapon is allowed
Two (2) secondary weapon is allowed
Two (2) primary weapon is not allowed

Safety First on the Playing Field
 No real Firearms
 No Players are allowed if under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol
 Consider every gun loaded
 Do not flaunt/show your gun in public
 Never point the gun to anybody/anything you do not intend to shoot
 No goggles/mask, no play
 Keep your finger off the trigger until you fire


Players Elimination
Direct hit to the body and extensions (vest, suit, pads, head gear) is considered a hit
Friendly fire
Two players on point blank draw both will be eliminated
No ricochets

No Hit Call

Shooter cannot call an opponent out
Hit players to acknowledge by shouting HIT, DEAD or OUT
After being acknowledge as “hit” raise your gun/arm over your head while going to the neutral
zone



No Hostages
No hiding behind non-combatant/hit players/marshal
No Holding or grappling
No holding on to opponents gun
No rough physical contact between players

Avoid Inflicting Unnecessary Pain
Point blank shooting is discouraged
No blind fire “dukut” & “kuut”
Immediately stop shooting players signifying hit

Dead Men tell no tales
No coaching from any non-combatants (umpire, eliminated players, spectators, bystanders, etc.)
Players are to stay at the neutral zone after being hit; stand by the side is not allowed.

Marshall’s Decision is final
Observe proper decorum at all times and respect Marshall’s decision.
Only team leaders are allowed to complain to the grievance committee. (team leaders will be provided with a distinctive arm band for identification)
Players must respect Marshall’s decision while games are going on, any complaints must be referred to your team leader AFTER the game, and otherwise points will be deducted to your team
Complaints inside the playing field will not be entertained

Yellow card will have a deduction of 50 points from team points
Red Cards will have a deduction of 100 points from team points
Black Cards will have a deduction of 500 points from team points (player out of the tournament)

Two Objective Points
Objective 1 (retrieval of package and taking it out of the killhouse) - 200 points
Mission Completed (speed boat is engage with package) - 500 points
Remaining “alive” players - 25 points

Yellow Card Violations
„« Complaining to the marshals decision
„« Hit calling the opponent
„« Swearing/use of profane language to a player and marshal
„« Ignoring marshals call(visual block)
„« Using human shield, both players and marshal
„« Blind Firing
„« Refusal to stay at the neutral zone after being hit
„« Removing of mask/goggles inside the playing field



Red Card Violation
„« Intentional hitting/firing at marshal
„« Arguing with marshals while the game is still ongoing
„« Ignoring marshals call of yellow card

Black card (expulsion)
„« Enticing a fist fight with either player or marshal
„« Unrealistic firing (more than 3 seconds) at an already hit player
„« Continuing to play even after declared red card
„« Playing while under influence of drugs and alcohol
„« Playing without safety goggles or mask



Penalties:
1.Early/false start = 100 points
2.Taking your enemies objective = 100 points
3.Getting in & taking out your objective 1 w/out taking out the guards first = yellow card, player will be declared as hit
4.Throwing your objective to a teammate = yellow card (you can pass the objective but you cannot throw it)
5.Hit player passing his unit or magazine to a team mate = yellow card


Staging Rules:
1. The chief marshal will be giving the participants the time schedules for each team to play.
2. While a game is started, the next team scheduled should go to the staging area for chrono.
3. Chrono will be done at the staging area prior to every game. A player with a gun with a chrono of more than 450 fps using a .2 bb will be allowed to play minus the unit.
4. Gas guns are not allowed except pistols. ExCom marshals have the right to inspect AEGs for suspected high FPS.
5. NO wearing of Light colored T-shirt, especially white.

Deadline of Team confirmation is on September 15, 2008. 50% of registration fee must be deposited to Carmelino P. Bagsic, Jr. DBP Savings Acct. No. 5078439553.

Final payment of remaining registration fee is on September 22, 2008 together with the official and final line-up & shirt sizes of players of each team.

NO REGISTRATION on the gamesite will happen.
